Caring people
Very nice place. Everyone from check in, admissions, counselors, supervisors and front desk were friendly and helpful. Plenty for them to do on their breaks and love that they had a wellness center and music room. They always asked for feedback in groups to see if there was something they could do better. My son was comfortable here and had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!
My 26-year old brother successfully completed the program this year. He has been in 7 different rehabilitation programs, but nothing were as awesome this. He was barely lucid on his way to Prairie Ridge and even said he had a plan in place for leaving the facility. Once he actually got engaged in the program, he thrived. I felt like, for the first time in 10 years, I had some of my brother back when I would talk to him on the phone. He speaks very highly of the program, made awesome relationships, felt valued, improved his self-esteem, and gained awesome tools to help in his sobriety. I highly recommend Prairie Ridge as a top notch place that truly works to see people CHANGE their lives. Not just go through the motions to get through a program. I only wish it was longer than 30 days!
I can't imagine a better place to begin a new substance free life.
Staff make you feel valued and they are friendly and warm. Peaceful, caring, private environment. I commend the patience and positive attitude of the staff at Prairie Ridge, it must be very challenging some days.
