I was hesitant to show up at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon in fear of wait times. We immediately were assisted upon walking in the door, followed by instantly being roomed. We were greeted with kind, attentive staff who were so compassionate to my child and myself. X Ray was done quickly, read, and we were explained the injury fully. Everyone was incredible.

I am was very pleased with Dr. Hodge, nice man, very easy to talk to, easy going and listened to what I had to say. He didn’t brush me off and didn’t make me feel 2 inches tall or make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Very pleased

I just got home from urgent care and was pleasantly surprised! From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was professional and courteous. AND... The time it took there was far less than the time it took me to pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy (separate place)! Overall, I highly recommend Unity Point Urgent Care in Marion!

We have used this urgent care several times and have never been disappointed. Just again tonight took my son there at 7:45 (15 minutes before closing time) and was greeted politely, compassionately, and with smiles. We left there by 8:20 with 5 other people ahead of us. The physician Dr. Jones from Iowa City was professional, efficient, and pleasant. The new system of checking in online and being updated while there leaves no doubt where you are in line. Yes waiting is part of it- leaving to go to emergency room when it’s not an emergency is the very reason our healthcare system and it’s cost is out of control. No one at this location has ever made me or my family feel nothing but taken care of with dignity and respect.

I was greeted by professional and friendly front desk person Norma. They have a tv screen that shows where you are in line to see the docs. I appreciated that transparency. The room we entered was clean as I could smell the alcohol as we entered:) My son was treated and we were on our way. I have never been a fan of these types of clinics but this one has it figured out. Thanks Dr M and Norma :)

Wait time was less than 5 minutes. I was being seen for two issues, one more complicated than the other. The nurse was very patient and empathetic with my comfort level and the physician, Dr. Hodges worked quickly and professionally to solve my medical issue. Both deserve a 5 star. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Kind and caring. Went to the Walk-in. Was in and out and on my way very timely. Everyone from admitting to the nurses to xray is the very best. Especially Dr Hodge. Thank you so very much. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

It was a good experience. I don't go to doctors because I don't like them very much I don't trust some of that stuff. So when I get sick enough that I have to go and my wife has been after me for a week I decided to go to this place. I felt like they close at 3 so the worst it's going to be is all have wasted half a day. I was in and out in under an hour. Everybody treated me professionally and things moved right along and the prescription was just about ready when I got to the pharmacy. I really don't have any complaints

This is the BEST HOSPITAL I have ever been to. My wife and I are from South Florida and we are still in amazement as too how great the Entire staff on the fourth floor is and the doctors. Especially Nurse Sarah, Erin the charge nurse, both Doctors and the dietary staff. (Great food). My wife and I have relocated because of the kindness and great medical attention we were given.

Respiratory failure, orthopedic surgery, emergency room visits prior to that. I have been going here for about 20 yrs. I once was in a life threatening postition and received excellent care and spent several days in ICU. I was spoken to courteously, treated as rapidly as could be. This is not a clinic and must triage patients. It only takes one car accident, or heart attack or brain injury to delay all the other clients. They have staffed with more than one physician, but when saving a life, it sometimes takes all hands on deck. I have come in with severe pain. I described it and after checking with the dr. they were able to relieve it. When I had trouble breathing, the meds in the treatments helped. Only once when my eardrum burst was my examination not thorough. I requested exam of both ears and neck and throat. After released I reported it. It never happened again. I have been ignored in stores, clinics, businesses, but never here. I hope others who have experienced many hospitals will review St. Lukes. They are not magicians, but they have saved my life once and allowed me to recover from surgeries with my questions answered.

My family and I have always had great treatment and pleasant experiences at St. Luke's. We wouldn't go anywhere else! All the staff is very caring and knowledgeable.

Surgicare helped my grama out quite a bit with lung tumors. The doctors were very firm with her but she is a spit fire on a good day. Waiting rooms are nice and huge and they were kind enough to lower the temperature and turn down the lights at night for us.

Of course I don't like to be here, bur they have a good team of doctors

Family member had a medical emergency. The treatment they received turned out to be life saving. I can't say enough about the quality of treatment they received. Absolutely first class!!
